Evaluation method for user-side adjustable resource potential based on compliance responsiveness

Abstract
Aiming at the issue of varying fulfillment performance of users participating in demand response,this paper proposes an evaluation method for user-side adjustable resource potential based on compliance responsiveness.First,the compliance-related influencing factors of different user groups in the demand response process are fully considered,and a dual-branch structure is used to construct a load forecasting model to predict the users' load on demand response days.Subsequently,based on the predicted load and actual electricity consumption,the ratio between the actual load response and the reported response is calculated to obtain the compliance response of users under different scenarios.Finally,by matching compliance responsiveness with application scenarios and combining it with reported response capacity,the adjustable resource potential on the user side is evaluated.Case studies show that the evaluation accuracy obtained by mean absolute error calculation exceeds90%,effectively assessing users'compliance capability in demand response,accurately evaluating the adjustable resource potential,and supporting the development of reasonable power dispatch plans to ensure supply-demand balance.关键词
