The study is supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China(Nos.42076238,42376174),the Natural Science Foundation of Shanghai(No.23ZR1426900).We greatly appreciate the Sentinel-1(S-1)synthet-ic aperture radar(SAR)images were kindly provided by the European Space Agency(ESA)via https://scihub.copernicus.eu.The European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)reanalysis(ERA-5)winds were openly accessed via http://www.ecmwf.int.Cy-clObs wind product is generated by the IFREMER team.The sea surface current and water level data from the hy-brid coordinate ocean model(HYCOM)were accessed via https://www.hycom.org.The water depth data from the General Bathymetry Chart of the Oceans(GEBCO)was downloaded at ftp.edcftp.cr.usgs.gov.We thank the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration(NO-AA)for providing the WAVEWATCH-Ⅲ(WW3)code,the stepped-frequency microwave radiometer(SFMR)da-ta,and the best tracks for tropical cyclones.The Haiyang-2B(HY-2B)products were obtained from the National Satellite Ocean Application Service(NSOAS)through an authorized account at https://osdds.nsoas.org.cn.
