Design and modeling of computer experiments
摘要
Abstract
Computer experiments simulate complex systems or processes to generate experimental data and develop analytical models,providing robust support for scientific research and technological innova-tion.This review article systematically examines the historical evolution,recent advances,and practical ap-plications of design theories and modeling techniques in computer experiments.Statisticians have developed surrogate models based on limited sample points to approximate the input-output relationships of black-box systems,effectively reducing experimental costs while accelerating research progress.To identify high-performance surrogate models,researchers have established design theories including space-filling designs for optimal experimental point selection.Furthermore,advanced modeling techniques such as response sur-face methodology and Gaussian processes have been employed to conduct comprehensive investigations into model calibration,parameter optimization,uncertainty quantification,and sensitivity analysis,yielding sig-nificant scientific advancements.关键词
