摘要

Abstract

Computer experiments simulate complex systems or processes to generate experimental data and develop analytical models,providing robust support for scientific research and technological innova-tion.This review article systematically examines the historical evolution,recent advances,and practical ap-plications of design theories and modeling techniques in computer experiments.Statisticians have developed surrogate models based on limited sample points to approximate the input-output relationships of black-box systems,effectively reducing experimental costs while accelerating research progress.To identify high-performance surrogate models,researchers have established design theories including space-filling designs for optimal experimental point selection.Furthermore,advanced modeling techniques such as response sur-face methodology and Gaussian processes have been employed to conduct comprehensive investigations into model calibration,parameter optimization,uncertainty quantification,and sensitivity analysis,yielding sig-nificant scientific advancements.
