Abstract
Regarding the issue of solute loss caused by low-temperature concentration requirements and freeze concentration methods for heat-sensitive liquids,a near-freezing point concentration device based on sweeping gas membrane distillation was designed.This device achieved concentration of heat-sensitive liquids at near 0℃and atmospheric pressure by vaporizing water from the liquid into water vapor,which was then expelled through hydrophobic microporous membranes with no solute loss during the concentration process.The effects of membrane tube inner diameter,membrane pore size,purge gas flow rate,and temperature of sweeping gas out of heat receiver on device performance were analyzed by establishing a mathematical model and developing performance simulation software.The results indicate that when the inner diameter of the membrane tube is 1.0 mm,the membrane pore diameter is 0.2 μm,the sweeping gas flow rate is 0.3 m/s,and the temperature of the sweeping gas exiting the heat receiver is-6℃,the device achieves a concentration rate of 0.182 kg/h and an energy consumption ratio of 0.294 kWh/kg.The research provides a reference for further optimizing the performance of the concentration device and is conducive to its industrial application.关键词
