交变配流泵-伺服阀串联型激振系统的波形控制方法
Waveform Control Method for Alternating Flow Distribution Pump-Servo Valve Series-Connected Excitation System
摘要
Abstract
Addressing the challenge of independently adjusting excitation waveforms in alternating flow distribution pump-controlled cylinder excitation system,a alternating flow distribution pump-servo valve series-connected excitation system was proposed.A control strategy was proposed by integrating four-quadrant zoning,segmented parameter adjustment,and dynamic phase compensation based on ideal sinusoidal target curve.A simulation platform and control algorithm prototype were established to determine optimized control parameters through systematic debugging.Simulation results demonstrate that this method effectively regulates the central position of the pump-controlled cylinder excitation system while maintaining servo valve operation at larger openings,thereby reducing throttling losses compared with pure valve-controlled system.The proposed approach preserves the high energy efficiency advantages of alternating flow distribution pump-controlled hydraulic vibration system while significantly improving waveform tracking capability and practical applicability.关键词
