Abstract

With the continuous advancement of medical technology,precise control of blood pressure during transfusion has become a critical factor in ensuring patient safety.This paper presents the design and development of an intelligent blood transfusion pressurization device aimed at improving the efficiency and safety of blood transfusion.The device comprises a pressurized bladder,a control box,a main control unit,and auxiliary components.The main control unit employs a GD32F303 series microcontroller,integrating hardware and software control to achieve accurate regulation of transfusion pressure.A diaphragm pump is utilized to form a closed-loop pressure control system,ensuring stable blood pressure levels during delivery.Additionally,the device is equipped with a lithium battery power supply system and a liquid-level monitoring alarm function,enabling real-time monitoring and alerts for abnormal liquid levels.The testing results demonstrate that the device achieves a pressure adjustment range of 300 mmHg and an operating duration of up to 6 hours,making it suitable for complex scenarios such as emergency care,operating rooms,and field environments.The successful development of this device provides efficient and safe technical support for clinical blood transfusion,with broad application prospects.
