摘要

Abstract

A remote leakage testing system has been developed to address the technical issues and safety risks associated with traditional low-voltage feeding equipment in coal mines.The system mainly includes a monitoring main station,underground ring network,low-voltage protection device,communication substation,leakage testing resistance box,gas sensor,etc.This paper introduces the design principle of the leakage test resistance box and the advantages of using PLC technology as the remote leakage test communication system.Through practical application verification,the system can effectively reduce the safety risks of leakage testing,improve testing efficiency,significantly enhance the safety monitoring level of power transmission and supply equipment in coal mine systems.Finally,the future development trend of remote leakage test technology is discussed.Through continuous technological innovation and practical accumulation,remote leakage test technology can play a greater role in underground coal mines.
