法国Station F孵化器运营经验对中国科技企业孵化器高质量发展的启示
Inspiration for China's Technology Business Incubator High-quality Development based on Experience of Station F in France
摘要
Abstract
For exploring the successful experiences of international technology business incubators(TBI),this article based on the key factor analysis method of case study,takes the famous TBI Station F of France as objective,to identify and deeply analyze the key factors such as policy variation,mode innovation,operation management and competition mechanism.The result shows that based on the program selection mechanism leaded by the demand of capital and national strategy,and high effective resources coordinating network mode supported by digital technology,prying by national policies lever to construct a whole self-consolidate scientific innovation eco-system,innovation-friendly and compromising open life circle,are the critical successful experiences of Station F in Franc.The research proposed to construct S&T innovation resources sharing new mode,to fulfil the national developing strategy by investing program through business incubator,while introducing industrial-based capital to establish the market leading program selection mechanism,to utilize the vacant property to create innovation-friendly life circle and so on,providing suggestions on China's TBI and small-medium enterprises high-quality development for policy-makers.关键词
