全球替代蛋白产业发展态势及中国的对策研究
Study on the Development Trend of the Global Alternative Protein Industry and China's Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
Based on the"Greater Food"approach,alternative proteins offer a new solution to address challenges related to food security and greenhouse gas emissions.Many countries are beginning to recognize the importance of developing the alternative protein industry,and are implementing plans and policies to facilitate its rapid growth.However,obstacles such as high production costs,low public acceptance,the absence of globally standardized product regulatory frameworks,and insufficient investment continue to hinder the industry's progress.In the case of China,it is recommended to promote innovation and development in the alternative protein sector by crafting a development strategy,enhancing industry competitiveness,establishing a regulatory system and standards,and advocating for nutrition security under the"Greater Food"perspective,and to provide a solid guarantee to ensure China's food security.关键词
