Abstract
Between September 2021 and October 2024,the Jiangsu Provincial Drug Administration's Inspection and Verification Center conducted on-site inspections of 108 newly established cosmetic manufacturing facilities across the province.This report provides a systematic analysis of the status and key deficiencies identified in multiple areas,including quality assurance and control,organizational structure and personnel,facilities and equipment,production processes,raw material and product management,and product sales management.Particular attention is given to comparing inspection findings under the implementation of both the former and newly revised regulatory frameworks.Based on this comparative analysis,the report offers targeted recommendations from both the enterprise and regulatory perspectives.The objective is to support newly established cosmetic manufacturers in strengthening quality management systems,while also providing reference material to enhance the effectiveness of daily regulatory oversight.关键词
