天然提取物在舒缓抑菌湿厕纸液体配方中的应用
Application of natural extracts in the formulation of soothing and antibacterial wet toilet paper liquid

Abstract
To meet performance requirements for antibacterial and itch-relieving wet toilet paper liquid,natural oat alkaloid extract and green Sichuan pepper extract were selected as the primary functional ingredients.The anti-allergic and soothing effects of the oat alkaloid extract were evaluated using a hyaluronidase inhibition assay,while the antibacterial activity of green Sichuan pepper extract was assessed via plate colony counting and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)assays.Formulation concentrations were determined based on the half-inhibitory concentration(IC50)of the oat alkaloid extract and the MIC of the green Sichuan pepper extract,set at 0.5%and 1%,respectively.The application performance of the formulation was further analyzed using SPSS-based evaluation of a pain simulation scoring scale and a comfort survey questionnaire.Results demonstrated that the extract-based formulation exhibits excellent soothing and antibacterial effects,highlighting its potential for use in wet toilet paper products.关键词
