摘要

Abstract

The effects of four combinations of composite emulsifiers on sun protection index,stability and skin sensation of oil-in-water physical sunscreen formula were investigated in order to develop a long-term stable,refreshing and suitable physical sunscreen formula system for children's skin.The results showed that the HLB values of the composite emulsifiers and the combinations of different emulsifiers could affect the performance of the sunscreen formula.The composite of polysorbate-60(TW 60)and sorbitan isosuccinate(SP 120),as well as the composite of polyglycerol-10 dipalmitate(10-2-P)and polyglycerol-6 distearate(6-2-S)showed poor results.Meanwhile,the composites of PEG-100 stearate and glycerol stearate(165)combined with cetyl potassium phosphate(AK),and the PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate(SSE-20)combined with methyl glucose sesquistearate(SS)could form stable and refreshing formulation systems.Among them,the emulsification system formula of 165 and AK had the highest SPF,the best stability and good skin freshness,which can be used as the preferred storage matrix system of oil-in-water physical sunscreen formula.
