青稞β-葡聚糖生物合成的分子机制与育种应用
Molecular Mechanisms of β-Glucan Biosynthesis in Tibetan Barley and Its Application in Breeding

Abstract
Highland barley,an essential grain crop in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,is rich in functional components such as β-glu-can,making it of significant nutritional and economic value.This review systematically summarizes the synthesis mechanisms ofβ-glucan in highland barley,with a focus on the application of functional gene mining,regulatory network analysis,and molecular breeding.Through the use of homologous cloning,quantitative trait locus(QTL)analysis,and genome-wide association studies(GWAS),several key genes and regulatory factors have been identified.These findings provide a theoretical basis and practical guid-ance for the functional improvement of β-glucan and molecular breeding in highland barley,laying the foundation for its transforma-tion from a traditional grain crop to a high-value crop.关键词
