基于新能源与储能效率的新型电力系统负荷频率控制方法研究
Research on the Control Method for the Load Frequency of the New Power System Based on Newenergy and Energy Storage Efficiency

Abstract
At present,the country actively promotes the"double carbon"strategy,develops the new power system,and promotes the low-carbon and intelligent energy development.In order to improve power quality and stability of power system,load frequency con-trol(LFC)is introduced.Since the object of load frequency control has been transformed into a new power system with random,inter-mittent,fluctuating and other characteristics of renewable energy,this paper combines new energy and energy storage,builds a wind-solar-fire-storage three-region interconnected model for the power system,and combines fuzzy control and PID control to build a fuzzy PID controller.The time absolute error integral(ITAE)of the performance index is the objective function,and the parameters of the fuzzy PID controller are adjusted by the improved sparrow search algorithm.The frequency deviation and contact line deviation of the system are controlled in a smaller range through the simulation experiment.关键词
