Risk Resistance Evaluation of Rural Household Homestead Withdrawal in Qionglai City
摘要
Abstract
In the context of the"separation of three rights"for homestead land,the withdrawal of homestead land has received widespread attention.The main body of homestead land withdrawal,farmers,are also the main bearers of withdrawal risks.It is neces-sary to evaluate the risk resistance ability of farmers before the withdrawal of homestead land.The research subjects are farmers who own homesteads in Qionglai City,Chengdu and have not withdrawn.Through interviews to understand their basic situation and ques-tionnaire surveys to obtain relevant data,based on a thorough study of the risk of farmers withdrawing from homesteads,an index sys-tem of risk resistance for farmers is constructed based on the theoretical framework of homestead functions.The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to determine the weight of the indicators,and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method is used to evaluate the risk re-sistance level of farmers in Qionglai City based on relevant expert opinions.This work is determine the level of risk resistance ability of farmers in Qionglai City,as well as the types of farmers with insufficient risk resistance ability.Research shows that the risk resistance a-bility of farmers in this region is at a general level,and most farmers lack living and housing capacity,requiring them to choose housing resettlement after exiting.关键词
