基于转录组测序鉴定大豆响应铝毒胁迫的转录因子
Identification of Transcription Factors in Response to Aluminum Toxicity Stress in Soybean Based on Transcriptome Sequencing

Abstract
Identification of the transcription factors(TF)in response to aluminum(Al)toxicity stress in soybean is conducive to the analysis of the molecular mechanism of soybean resistant to Al toxicity.In this study,Al-tolerant soybean germplasm Nannong 99-6(NN99-6)and Al-sensitive soybean germplasm Zhongdou 32(ZD32)were used as materials.After AlC13 treatment,the differential expression TFs(DETFs)were de-tected by RNA-seq,the functional annotations and protein interaction analysis were performed,and the ex-pression levels of the key TF genes detected by qRT-PCR.The results showed that 387 DETFs were obtained in response to Al toxicity stress,and 83 of which showed differential expression patterns between Al-tolerant and Al-sensitive soybean germplasms.Five key DETFs interacted with each other,containing NAC6,WRKY58,WRKY30,WRKY57 and I1MEN3_SOYBN.Compared with 0 h,the five DETFs genes were sig-nificantly up-regulated at 6,12,24,48 h and 72 h under Al toxicity stress,and the expression level of WRKY58,WRKY30 and WRKY57 increased with the extension of treatment time.In conclusion,this study i-dentified that five key DETFs might play important regulatory roles in soybean response to Al toxicity stress.The result could provide a theoretical support for verifying the function of Al resistance related genes in soy-bean.关键词
