基于"土壅木郁"探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎合并焦虑状态的论治
Discussion on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis complicated with anxiety state based on the theory of"earth stagnation and wood depression"
摘要
Abstract
Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)is a common chronic gastric disease in clinical practice,mainly characterized by recurrent and irregular upper abdominal pain,discomfort or distension and pain.Western medicine lacks effective therapy for CAG,while traditional Chinese medicine has obvious advantages based on the holistic con-cept.By elaborating on the the theoretical connotation of"earth stagnation and wood depression",this article explores the pathogenesis of CAG combined with anxiety state,and holds that"spleen deficiency and earth congestion"is the root cause of CAG combined with anxiety state,while"wood depression and lack of smoothness"is the key factor.Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection,abnormal inflammatory immune response,and brain-gut axis dysfunction to some extent reflect the state of"earth stagnation and wood depression",which affects the occurrence and development of CAG combined with anxiety state.The treatment should focus on invigorating and regulating the spleen qi through-out the entire treatment process,combined with the method of soothing the liver and unblocking the meridians.As CAG has a prolonged course and is difficult to cure,long-term illness leads to blood stasis.In the later stage of treat-ment,it is necessary to combine the method of removing blood stasis and unblocking the meridians,and assist with psychological counseling to regulate emotions.关键词
