基于"心主神明"理论应用"疏肝安神"法治疗"双心"失眠理论探讨
Theoretical exploration on treating"dual-heart"insomnia with the"liver-soothing and mind-calming"method based on the"heart governing the mind"theory
摘要
Abstract
Dual-heart disease,also known as psychocardiological disease,is rooted in the foundational theory of"the heart governing blood vessels and the mind"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Insomnia,recognized as a critical risk factor for the development and progression of cardiovascular diseases,arises from impaired functions of the heart in governing blood circulation and mental activities.The interaction between the heart(which governs blood and stores the mind)and the liver(which stores blood and houses the ethereal soul)manifests in blood circulation and mental regulation.The core pathogenesis of this condition involves liver qi stagnation and deficiency of heart spir-it nourishment,forming a pathological triad of"liver depression,blood stasis,and mental disturbance".Based on this,the proposed"Liver-Soothing Pivot Regulation and Heart-Mind Co-Treatment"theory emphasizes restoring qi move-ment through liver regulation and relieving mental disturbances to disrupt the"psychosomatic"pathogenic cycle.Guided by the holistic view and preventive treatment principles of TCM,this study explores the therapeutic potential of liver-soothing and mind-calming methods for dual-heart diseases,aiming to establish a theoretical foundation for TCM-based management of dual-heart-related insomnia.关键词
