Abstract
Exploring the civilization.forms of symbiotic development and promoting the cultivation of symbiotic rationality in civilization are crucial topics for human societal development.From the civiliza-tional perspective,symbiosis is not only a natural phenomenon but also a path choice for civilizational development.Symbiosis represents the rationality of human survival in the face of complex and uncer-tain risks.Viewing'symbiosis'through the lens of'meaning'is the logical entry point of symbiotic civi-lization.The symbiotic civilization community adheres to an ecological and ecologized survival logic.Although symbiosis can be a choice for civilizational development,its growth and development face complex tensions,including the Civilizational Forms of'one-dimensionalization'and'monopolariza-tion',the scarcity of inter-civilizational exchanges,and the difficulty of civilizational integration and self-generation,as well as peace crises among global nations or ethnic groups.The development of symbiotic civilization and the resolution of these tensions require the foundation of civilizational wis-dom,which is richly provided by Chinese traditional culture's wisdom of harmony and symbiosis,uni-versal harmony,and the coexistence of righteousness and benefit.Of course,the development and value creation of symbiotic civilization cannot do without organizations.Organizations need to recog-nize the organizational significance of symbiotic civilization,deeply integrate into society,construct a sustainable meaning world,promote symbiotic actions and practices,and drive economic prosperity and social progress.关键词
