The Impact of Digital Economy Development in RCEP Partner Countries on China's Exports of Aquatic Products

Abstract
The digital economy,as a new driving force of China's economy,has a wide-ranging im-pact on economic development,including seafood export trade.This paper takes the perspective of digital economic development in RCEP partner countries and conducts a theoretical analysis of how RCEP partner countries'digital economic development drives China's seafood export development.Based on panel data from the 11 RCEP countries from 2003 to 2022,the paper empirically studies the impact of RCEP partner countries'digital economic development on China's seafood exports and its mechanism of action.The study finds that:(1)RCEP partner countries'digital economic development significantly promotes China's seafood exports;(2)RCEP partner countries'digital economy indirectly promotes seafood exports by lowering trade costs and enhancing technological innovation;(3)the im-pact of RCEP partner countries'digital economy on exports exists in regional differences.According to the above conclusions,the study puts forward targeted policy recommendations.关键词
