The Development Path,Two-way Influence and Strengthening Path of Intelligent Technology Embedding Management Communication

Abstract
Under the premise of the rapid development of intelligent technology,organizational man-agement communication is more and more showing the trend of information and intelligence.Intelli-gent technology embedded management communication can effectively enrich data and information re-sources,improve the rate of information feedback between departments,and improve the allocation of internal and external resources in the organization.By summarizing the connotation and development context of intelligent technology and management communication,it is found that intelligent technol-ogy embedded management communication has multi-dimensional functions such as breaking down in-formation islands,promoting cross-departmental coordination,improving operational efficiency,and promoting the transformation of organizational value objectives,but it also brings problems such as data leakage and security risks,system failures and technical obstacles,information overload and com-munication chaos.Based on this,the paper puts forward the strengthening path of the organization to clarify the value objectives and communication objectives,support the application and promotion of in-telligent information technology,strengthen information security and information system manage-ment,and provide necessary technical training.关键词
