海上多目标航迹关联的最近邻算法研究
Nearest Neighbor Algorithm for Multi-target Trajectory Association at Sea

Abstract
Aiming at the difficult problem of multi-target trajectory association at sea under the influence of systematic errors,a nearest neighbor data association algorithm is proposed.A spatio-temporal alignment prediction model is established,the target motion uncertainty boundary is constructed by the established model with the gray area theory,and the joint constraints of heading-speed parameters is used to realize the fast trajectory matching.The factors affecting the multi-target trajectory association at sea are analyzed,and the speed,access interval,target density,and positioning accuracy are verified by simulations.The simulation analyses based on typical sea scenarios show that the trajectory association rate range obtained by the algorithm is from 27.12%to 93.46%in an 80 km×80 km sea area with 30 vessels.The vessel track association rate is closely related to five factors,i.e.,the sensor measurement localization error,sensor probability of target determination,target density,access interval,and vessel speed.The vessel track association rate can be further improved through the design and optimization of algorithms at the sensor performance level.The method can meet the real-time processing requirements of the data update cycle of space-based observing systems.关键词
