Abstract
The Report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the general requirement to"accelerate the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,improve the level of transformation of scientific research achievements and industrialization,and strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in scientific and technological innovation".In response to the State Council's strategic plan to"promote the interactive development of standardization and scientific and technological innovation",the State Grid Corporation required the State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Company to carry out R&D and demonstration project construction for national key projects such as electric vehicles and offshore wind power in the new power system in 2023.Taking the improvement of standardization work as the starting point,the company leveraged key demonstration projects to enhance the implementation path and work requirements for the coordinated development of scientific research and technical standards.In line with the State Grid Corporation's work requirements,State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Company,adhering to the principles of"Starting with the end in mind,Demand-driven,and Continuous improvement",established a mutual promotion mechanism for research projects and standards development.This mechanism builds an interactive evaluation system model-"33322",covering the entire lifecycle of technical standards and research projects.关键词
