摘要
Abstract
This study addresses the challenges faced by county-level power supply companies during the transition to the new power system, such as a lack of collaboration, disconnects in execution, and insufficient operational capacity.A trinity standardized management system encompassing"organization, standards, and supervision"was developed and implemented.By establishing a responsibility mechanism led by top management and coordinated by specialized committees, the system breaks down cross-departmental collaboration barriers and systematically integrates technical specifications, role responsibilities, and institutional processes.Dynamic supervision is further achieved through a linked"training-assessment-inspection"mechanism.After implementation, the company has achieved significant breakthroughs in power supply reliability, fault prevention and control, service efficiency, and overall comprehensive benefits. The research successfully transforms standardization from a compliance tool into an engine for value creation, providing a replicable management pathway and implementation model for developing new power systems at the county level.关键词
