Construction and Practice a Standardized Management System for Power Supply Companies Adapting to High-quality Development
摘要
Abstract
This study aims to solve the problem of the disconnection between the traditional standardization system of power supply enterprises and the requirements of high-quality development.It constructs a"Strategy-Standard-Implementation-Value"closed-loop management system adapted to the new power system to promote the development of power grid enterprises from"production guarantee"to"value creation"The paper innovatively proposes this closed-loop mechanism,integrates and reconstructs the standard ecosystem through"Three-Standard Integration",and establishes"Four Normal Mechanisms"to ensure operation.The system was empirically tested in a power supply enterprise.The results show that constructing a standardized management system oriented by high-quality development goals,supported by digital empowerment,and characterized by dynamic optimization is a core path for power supply enterprises to achieve safe,green,and efficient transformation.This work offers useful practical exploration for the high-quality development of power supply enterprises.关键词
