Abstract
Driven by the carbon peak and neutrality goals, building a new power system dominated by new energy has become the central task of China's energy transition. As a key tool for regulating regional energy development and ensuring technology implementation, the quality of local standard management directly influences the efficiency and implementation effectiveness of the new power system.Xinjiang, one of China's richest regions in new energy resources, had reached a cumulative installed capacity of 104 million kW by the end of 2024,ranking the first nationwide, making it a core pilot for the construction of the national new power system. However, the current management of local standards in Xinjiang still faces problems such as fragmented systems, disconnection from practical needs, and insufficient supervision. These issues has led to difficulties such as low new energy integration rate, inadequate peak-shaving capacity, and non-standard application of energy storage technologies.Based on the current situation of Xinjiang's new power system development, along with field research data and industry cases, this paper systematically analyzes the existing problems in local standard management, and proposes improvement pathways from three dimensions:reconstruction of the standards system, optimization of the development mechanism, and strengthening of implementation supervision. It provides standardization support for the high-quality construction of Xinjiang's new power system.关键词
