Abstract
The implementation of China's standardization strategy and the release of the National Standardization Development Outline have created an urgent need for standardization professionals with international expertise in the new era.Against the backdrop of accelerating globalization,it is particularly important for power enterprises to cultivate such talent with a global perspective.This paper begins by reviewing the mechanisms and current status of standardization talent cultivation both in China and internationally.Based on a thorough understanding of the strategic importance of developing professionals with global competence,it proposes targeted recommendations for nurturing international standardization talent within power enterprises.The study also explores incentive mechanisms to facilitate this development.The objective is to cultivate high-caliber talent equipped with an international outlook and specialized knowledge in standardization,thereby promoting systematic and professional development in this field.These efforts are expected to support international standardization initiatives and contribute to the high-quality development of power enterprises.关键词
