Abstract
This paper aims to respond to the requirements of the national standardization reform and address the common pain points in technical standards practice,such as"emphasizing development,neglecting implementation,and weakening supervision".It explores how to improve the standardization management level of power supply enterprises and promote the efficient implementation and application of technical standards at the front line of power grids.Based on the"seven-step method"for the supervision and evaluation of technical standards implementation of State Grid Corporation of China,Mianyang Power Supply Company,combined with the stuck links in the implementation at the grassroots front line,has deepened the construction of a path of technical standards implementation and application featuring"organization-transmission-execution-learning-feedback-supervision-evaluation",and gradually formed a"direct access to the front line"mechanism for the implementation and application of technical standards.It has been verified that this method has achieved remarkable results.The company's performance in the supervision and evaluation of technical standards implementation has ranked among the top in the province for five consecutive years,and it has become the first and only prefecture-level power supply enterprise in the province to obtain the title of"5A Standardization Good Behavior Enterprise".The research method can provide an effective and practical reference for the standardization construction of sister units.关键词
