摘要
Abstract
The establishment of a statistical analysis and reporting system for the implementation of mandatory standards is an important support for continuously improving the applicability of standards and better playing the role of mandatory standards in building a bottom line and ensuring safety.The research on the quality evaluation index system for the implementation of Code on security and stability for power system is carried out,and the evaluation index system framework and indexes from three dimensions of the source,process and result of the implementation of the standard is established,which is based on the lifecycle process of the standard promulgation,standard implementation,standard use,problem feedback,and effect generation.It provides the criterion and basis for standards implementation quality evaluation.关键词
