Abstract
Based on the backdrop of the transformation of investment statistics and accounting methods,this paper conducts research on the model of power grid infrastructure investment plan calculation based on the financial expenditure method.Based on the data analysis of historical financial accounting,implementation progress,and investment completion,it employs methods such as K-MEANS clustering analysis,normal distribution,and case studies,and forms a financial accounting progress standard based on reasonable milestone construction periods.This enables precise calculation of investment plans and adjustments,enhances the accuracy of investment plan completion,and facilitates the transition to an investment management model based on the financial expenditure method.关键词
