数字孪生永定河数据底板构建关键技术与应用
Key technologies and application of digital twin data foundation construction for Yongding River

Abstract
To address the challenges of fragmented data,low data quality,and inefficiencies in 2D and 3D scene applications within the Yongding River Basin,and to better support the forecasting,early warning,rehearsal,and planning functions,as well as the"2+N"business applications of the digital twin Yongding River,a foundational data platform was developed.This platform integrated diverse spatiotemporal data sources,including basic,monitoring,business management,geospatial,and cross-sectoral shared data.Leveraging data-native technologies and a middle-platform architecture,a data management system with capabilities in data aggregation,modeling,governance,and integration services was established.It enabled the construction of high-fidelity,multi-scale digital scenarios of the river basin to support the computation,simulation,and visualization of the"Four Pre"functions.In key applications such as the simulation and review of the July 2023 Haihe River Basin extreme flood event("23·7")and ecological water dispatching in the Yongding River,the data management system provided complete,accurate,and timely data support.It also enabled intelligent simulation and precise decision-making by coupling hydrological models within a unified digital environment.The construction of the Yongding River data foundation lays a solid basis for the implementation of the digital twin Yongding River and serves as a representative example for the comprehensive development of the digital twin Haihe River.关键词
