Abstract
Drought-limited water level(DLWL)of reservoir is one of the important indexes to start drought response and drought-resistant operation of reservoir.On the problem of determining and applying DLWL of each reservoir under the joint operation of reservoir groups,the application rules of DLWL based on supply side regulation are put forward,and the principle of wide and shallow damage is used to construct the optimal calculation model of DLWL.The feasibility and rationality of the optimization algorithm for the drought-resistant operation of reservoir group were verified by the application of large and medium-sized reservoirs in the receiving area of the water transfer project in central Yunnan.The results show that the DLWL of the reservoirs can be determined simultaneously by the method proposed in this paper,through the comparative analysis of multiple schemes,the optimized DLWL can significantly reduce the water shortage rate and the number of months of severe water shortage in the dry year,effectively avoid the fre-quency of subsequent severe water shortage events,and improve the drought operation capability of the reservoir group in the dry year.The results can provide technical references for reservoir management units and drought operations authorities to formulate DLWL for reservoir group,and carry out regional drought warning and defense decision-making.关键词
