整合怀旧疗法在老年亚临床抑郁妇女中的应用
Application of integrated reminiscence therapy in elderly women with subclinical depression

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of integrated reminiscence therapy in elderly women with subclinical depression.Methods:By using the convenience sampling method,a total of 112 elderly women with subclinical depression who had lived for a long time in a certain city of Sichuan province were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,56 cases each.The intervention group received 12-week integrated nostalgia therapy.The control group cases lived as in routine.Before and after the intervention,the Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS),Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),the Reminiscence Functions Scale(RFS),and Ruminative Thought Style Questionnaire(RTS)were used for assessment.Results:During the study period,15 cases dropped out in both the intervention group and the control group.Eventually,each of 41 cases in the intervention group and the control group completed the study.After 12 weeks of intervention,the total score of GDS in the intervention group(8.76±5.24)was lower than that in the control group(11.66±5.63).The total score of the CES-D(10.59±8.34)was lower than that in the control group(14.85±9.25).The total score of RFS(111.63±27.51)was higher than that of the control group(73.27±25.06).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in terms of the RTS score before and after the intervention in the intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusions:The application of integrated reminiscence therapy could alleviate the depressive symptoms of elderly women with clinical subclinical depression,enhance the nostalgic function.It has potential improvement effect on rumination thinking.关键词
