Construction of psychological intervention program for ICU patients based on virtual reality restorative environment

Abstract
Objective:To construct the psychological intervention program for ICU patients based on virtual reality restorative environment,so as to provide new ideas for the psychological care of ICU patients.Methods:This study systematically retrieved domestic and foreign literature to construct the initial draft of the plan.The Delphi method was adopted for expert consultation to form psychological intervention program for ICU patients based on virtual reality restorative environment.Results:Two rounds of expert inquiries were conducted.The effective recovery rates of the questionnaires were 100.00%and 88.89%respectively.The coefficient of expert familiarity was 0.87.The coefficient of expert judgment basis was 0.93.The coefficient of expert authority was 0.90.The Kendall coefficients of the importance of the two rounds of expert inquiries were 0.269 and 0.283 respectively.The feasibility of the Kendall coefficients were 0.255 and 0.281 respectively(all P<0.001).The final formed the psychological intervention program for ICU patients based on virtual reality restorative environment included 5 first-level items and 20 second-level items.Conclusions:The psychological intervention program for ICU patients based on virtual reality restorative environment was specific in content and highly operational.It has certain scientificity and applicability.It could provide a reference for the clinical practice of psychological intervention for ICU patients with psychological dysfunction.关键词
