眼科日间手术病人跌倒风险评估指标体系的构建

Abstract
Objective:To establish the fall risk assessment index system for patients undergoing ophthalmic day-case surgery.Methods:Through systematic literature retrieval and Delphi expert consultation,the items of the fall risk assessment index system for patients undergoing ophthalmic day-case surgery were determined.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to determine the index weights.Results:A total of three rounds of expert inquiries were conducted.The effective recovery rates of the questionnaires were 100%,85%,and 100%respectively.The expert authority coefficient was 0.93.The Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.313,0.312 and 0.379 respectively(all P<0.001).The final constructed fall risk assessment index system for patients undergoing ophthalmic day-case surgery included four first-level indicators(general patient information,ophthalmic assessment,systemic assessment,and social/environmental assessment),19 second-level indicators and 44 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed fall risk assessment index system for patients undergoing ophthalmic day-case surgery was scientific and practical.It could provide reference basis for clinical ophthalmologists to accurately and effectively assess the risk of fall among ophthalmic patients during the day-case surgery.关键词
