非恢复性睡眠量表在孕产妇中应用的信效度检验
Reliability and validity test of the Nonrestorative Sleep Scale in pregnant and postpartum women

Abstract
Objective:To revise the Nonrestorative Sleep Scale(NRSS),and to test its reliability and validity in pregnant and postpartum women.Methods:After translating and culturally adapting NRSS,the Chinese version of NRSS was formed.By using the convenience sampling method,a total of 324 pregnant and postpartum women who underwent prenatal examinations or were admitted for delivery in the obstetric outpatient department and wards of a certain hospital in Nanjing city were selected for investigation to test the reliability and validity.Results:The Chinese version of NRSS included 4 dimensions and 12 items.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 4 common factors,and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 67.7%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit standard was good.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the total scale was 0.81.The test-retest reliability was 0.80.The score of the Chinese version of NRSS were negatively correlated with the scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index and the Patient Health Questionnaire-4(P<0.01).The convergent validity was relatively good.Conclusions:The Chinese version of NRSS has good reliability and validity in pregnant and postpartum women,and it is suitable for evaluating the nonrestorative sleep conditions of pregnant and postpartum women.关键词
