心脏健康行为量表的汉化及信效度检验
Sinicization of the Cardiac Health Behavior Scale and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To translate the Cardiac Health Behavior Scale(CHB),and to test its reliability and validity in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:The Chinese version of CHB was formed after translation,backtranslation,cultural adjustment and pre-investigation in accordance with the Brislin translation model.By using the convenience sampling method,elderly patients with coronary heart disease who visited two tertiary grade A hospitals in Bengbu city were selected for investigation to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of CHB included five dimensions:health awareness,physical activity,dietary habits,stress management,and smoking cessation,with a total of 17 items.The overall Cronbach's α coefficient and split-half reliability of the scale were 0.944 and 0.924,respectively.The the item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.778 to 1.000.The scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.810.Exploratory factor analysis extracted five common factors.The cumulative contribution rate of variance was greater than 40%.Confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model fit index reached the ideal standard.Conclusions:The Chinese version of CHB has good reliability and validity.It is suitable for use in the elderly population with coronary heart disease.It could be used as an assessment tool for evaluating the health behaviors of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.关键词
