中西医病理学融合教学路径探析
Exploration on a new teaching approach to integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the course of pathology

Abstract
Based on the differences in the theoretical systems between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine,this article systematically compares TCM and Western medicine in the understanding of pathological changes in diseases from the per-spectives of etiology,pathogenesis,and pathological changes.In terms of etiology,psychological factors in Western medicine are anal-ogous to the concept that"drastic changes in seven emotions can cause internal damage"in TCM.In terms of pathogenesis,the princi-ple of"damage vs.anti-damage"in Western medicine is consistent with the concept of"dynamic struggle between Zheng Qi(ability to resist diseases)and Xie Qi(pathogenic factors)"in TCM.In terms of pathological changes,the microscopic material basis of West-ern medicine and holistic perspective of TCM can be combined to help students develop a three-dimensional understanding.Using re-nal insufficiency as an example,the authors constructed a TCM-Western medicine mutual interpretation model:"the kidney governs water"explains renal edema,"the kidney governs bone"explains renal bone disease,"the kidney produces marrow"explains renal anemia and bleeding,and"the heart and kidneys intersect"is related to renal hypertension.With parallel explanations,the authors explored the integration of"visceral manifestation-pathogenesis"of TCM and"human structure-function"of Western medicine in pathological teaching,providing new ideas for the cultivation of professionals of integrated TCM and Western medicine.关键词
