医学细胞生物学融合STEM核心能力的教学改革探索
Teaching reform in the course of medical cell biology based on STEM core competencies

Abstract
Medical cell biology is a highly theoretical course with complex content and insufficient practicality.Traditional teaching model fails to foster interdisciplinary thinking and innovative practical skills in students in the context of New Medicine and cultivation of"Double First-Class"medical talents.Drawing on STEM educational philosophy,this paper proposes the integration of interdiscipli-nary elements(molecular biology experiments,simulation of engineering principles,and clinical case analysis)into the teaching of medical cell biology,based on a core-competency framework.The authors adopted the strategies of project-based learning,flipped-classroom,group work,and diversified assessment,and they constructed an integrated instructional architecture of"Knowledge-Skills-Innovation".The authors combined process assessment with formative evaluation,which markedly enhanced students'abilities of autonomous inquiry,teamwork,and solving complex problems.The research shows that deep integration of STEM core competencies into teaching can help students consolidate their basic knowledge and develop clinical thinking and practical ability,providing a refer-ence for similar teaching reforms.关键词
