基因组医学时代下医学生的培养
Discussion on medical education in the context of genomic medicine

Abstract
In the context of genomic medicine,medical students need to establish a knowledge system of genomic medicine to achieve its effective transformation and application in clinical practice.Current medical education is confronted with the challenge of paradigm shift and educators need to conduct systematic innovation in four dimensions:technology-driven innovation,clinical practice integra-tion,development of ethical decision-making ability,and interdisciplinary collaborative innovation.To address these challenges,this paper proposes an educational framework oriented toward the cultivation of three core competencies—genomic medicine thinking,clini-cal practice skills of genomic medicine,and research innovation awareness.This four-dimensional systematic reform involves optimi-zing modular curriculum design,improving teaching method,cultivating innovative professionals,and establishing sustainable develop-mental benchmarks.The proposed model aims to cultivate medical students with adaptive expertise to meet the developmental needs of genomic medicine.关键词
