摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of self-formulated Yiqi Quyu Tang combined with pelvic floor magnetic therapy in alleviating chronic pelvic inflammatory pain.Methods:A total of 150 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory pain treated at Jinshazhou Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and our hospital from Jul 2021 to Aug 2024 were enrolled and divided into the control group(75 cases)and the observation group(75 cases)based on different treatment methods.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received self-formulated Yiqi Quyu Tang combined with pelvic floor magnetic therapy.The quality of life(SF-36)scores,VAS scores before and after the treatment,the total effective rate and the incidence of adverse reactions(dizziness,headache,nausea,vomiting)after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the SF-36 scores of both groups were higher than those before treatment,while the VAS scores were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The SF-36 score and the total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the VAS score and the incidence of adverse reactions were significantly lower(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Self-formulated Yiqi Quyu Tang combined with pelvic floor magnetic therapy is effective in alleviating chronic pelvic inflammatory pain.关键词
