多元化针刺治疗肝郁化火型失眠的研究进展
Research Progress of Diversified Acupuncture in the Treatment of Insomnia of Liver Stagnation Transforming Fire Type
摘要
Abstract
Insomnia is a prevalent clinical condition that has seen a rising incidence rate with the acceleration of life's pace and the increase of stress.Acupuncture treatment for insomnia,particularly for the pattern of liver depression transforming into fire,has been proven to be significantly effective.This article systematically reviews recent clinical studies on acupuncture treat-ment for insomnia of the liver depression transforming into fire pattern,focusing on three main aspects:the mechanisms of acu-puncture in treating insomnia,traditional acupuncture methods,and special acupuncture techniques.The article deeply analyzes the clinical advantages of acupuncture in treating this specific type of insomnia and comprehensively addresses the deficiencies and limitations of current clinical research,aiming to provide valuable references and guidance for clinical treatment.关键词
