中医药治疗股骨头坏死的研究进展
Research Progress of Hip-Preserving Treatment of Femoral Head Necrosis in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine
摘要
Abstract
The progression of avascular necrosis of the femoral head is rapid,and the early symptoms are not obvious,which significantly impacts the patients' psychological well-being and severely affects their quality of life.In recent years,China has gained rich experience in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for treating avascular necrosis of the femoral head.TCM treatment methods include oral administration of herbal medicines,external applications,acupuncture,and needle-knife therapy,all of which have shown good clinical efficacy.This paper reviews the literature to explore the etiology and pathogenesis of avascular necrosis of the femoral head and introduces TCM treatment methods to provide references for clinical treatment.关键词
