丰广魁教授自拟菊花钩藤汤辨治眩晕经验探析
Analysis of Professor Feng Guangkui's Experience in Treating Vertigo with Self-formulated Chrysanthemum and Uncaria Decoction

Abstract
This paper analyzes and summarizes Professor Feng Guangkui's experience in treating vertigo with the self-designed formula of Chrysanthemum Uncaria Decoction.Professor Feng believes that for vertigo cases mainly characterized by yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity,the treatment should focus on nourishing yin and subduing yang.For cases where yin deficien-cy is the primary issue and yang hyperactivity is secondary,the Chrysanthemum Uncaria Decoction is used as the basic formula,with flexible additions and subtractions to treat vertigo,achieving good therapeutic effects and providing new ideas for clinical di-agnosis and treatment.Chrysanthemum,which is sweet,bitter,and slightly cold,enters the liver meridian and can clear liver heat and subdue liver yang.Uncaria,which is sweet and cool,enters the liver and pericardium meridians,and is skilled at cal-ming wind and stopping spasms,as well as clearing heat and subduing liver yang.When used in combination with chrysanthe-mum,they work together to subdue liver yang.Rehmannia,which is sweet,cold,and moist,nourishes yin and enriches blood,and replenishes the yin of the liver and kidneys,making it a key drug for treating the root cause.Red peony root,which is bitter and slightly cold,clears heat and cools blood,and promotes blood circulation and removes blood stasis.It not only restrains the hyperactivity of yang and the generation of fire but also improves the stasis of cerebral vessels.Achyranthes bidentata,which is bitter,sweet,sour,and neutral,leads blood downward,nourishes the liver and kidneys,and strengthens the muscles and bones,allowing the floating yang to subside.Pueraria lobata,which is sweet,pungent,and cool,raises clear yang,unblocks the meridians,and relieves spasms.It not only alleviates the symptoms of vertigo but also improves cerebral blood supply.Taxil-lus chinensis,which is bitter,sweet,and neutral,nourishes the liver and kidneys and strengthens the muscles and bones.When used in combination with achyranthes bidentata,it enhances the effect of nourishing the kidneys and subduing the liver.The combination of these drugs takes into account both the symptoms and the root cause,forming an excellent formula for nourishing yin,subduing yang,calming wind,and stabilizing vertigo.This treatment strategy deeply embodies the core concept of"treating the root cause"in traditional Chinese medicine.By balancing yin and yang and treating both the symptoms and the root cause,it significantly improves the vertigo symptoms and accompanying signs of patients.This experience not only enriches the methodo-logical system for treating vertigo but also highlights the flexibility and scientific nature of traditional Chinese medicine's syndrome differentiation and treatment.Therefore,this paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis of vertigo and the clinical experience,and conducts an in-depth analysis of Professor Feng Guangkui's Chrysanthemum Uncaria Decoction from the perspectives of tra-ditional Chinese medicine and modern pharmacology.关键词
