Abstract
Breast hyperplasia,as a precancerous lesion of breast cancer,has a variety of symptoms,with the main symptoms being breast lumps,breast pain that fluctuates with emotions,etc.Severe cases can seriously affect daily life.As the incidence of breast hyperplasia is increasing,the fear of cancer caused by it is also increasing in people's hearts.At the same time,the etiology and pathogenesis of breast hyperplasia have not been fully elucidated.Currently,the research on the etiology of breast hyperplasia in modern medicine is mainly focused on hormones,signaling pathways,and immunity.Hormones and signaling pathways have a mutual regulatory and influencing relationship,and are also inseparable from the microcirculation.The Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway mediated by SFRP1 is related to the microcirculation.关键词
