针灸治疗中风后痉挛临床试验结局指标使用的现状与思考
The Current Status and Thoughts on the Use of Outcome Indicators in Clinical Trials of Acupuncture Therapy for Post-stroke Spasticity

Abstract
Objective This paper examines the application status of outcome indicators in the relevant trials and research pro-grams of acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of post-stroke spasm over the past five years and provides evidence for the establishment of the core outcome set of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating post-stroke spasm.Methods By searching eight databases:Chinese Journal Full Text Database(CNKI),WanFang Data,Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full Text Database(VIP),Chinese Biomedical Abstract Database(SinoMed),PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,and Web of Science.The search period is set from January 1,2018 to October 7,2023.Two researchers independently conducted literature screening and data extraction,and analyzed and summarized clinical outcome indicators and related trial design elements.Result A total of 567 articles were included in the analysis,consisting of 537 Chinese articles and 30 English-language articles.Among these,6 were clinical study protocols.A total of 140 outcome indicators were involved,and the total frequency of use was 2234 times.The most frequently used outcome measure in symptoms/signs,followed by function status,quality of life,and none of the studies in-cluded economic evaluation indicators.Conclusion The absence of primary and secondary outcome indicators,irregular traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types,the deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic indicators,and the lack of patient-related opinions in acupuncture treatment of post-stroke spasm,thereby it is urgent to establish a core outcome set of acupunc-ture treatment for post-stroke spasm.关键词
