摘要

Abstract

The Outline for Building a Strong Education Nation(2024-2035)and the Notice on Several Measures to Strengthen the Development of Primary and Secondary School Physical Education Teachers in the new era have set clear requirements for enhancing the digital literacy of physical education teach-ers,which is crucial for achieving high-quality school physical education.The urgent need to advance the construction of digital sports,the inherent demand for digital transformation in physical education teaching,and the primary vehicle for facilitating the transformation of students'sports learning methods,are the contemporary demands for building physical education teachers'digital literacy.Based on the competency theory and by drawing upon domestic and inter-national frameworks of teacher digital literacy,a framework for physical education teachers'digital literacy has been established,encompassing four levels:foundation,application,development,and value,corresponding to fundamental knowledge and skills in digital sports,practical application in digital sports teaching,rational utilization of digital sports resources,and ideological awareness of digital sports activities.In the future,high-quality development of physi-cal education teachers'digital literacy can be achieved through four aspects:enhancing policy support for physical education teachers'digital literacy,rein-forcing the initiative of physical education teachers to improve their digital literacy,establishing an integrated training system for physical education teachers'digital literacy,and conducting scientific evaluations of technology-enhanced physical education teachers'digital literacy.
