Action Deviation and Practice Approach of Sports Social Organizations in Campus
摘要
Abstract
With the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy and the in-depth promotion of the sports and education integration strategy,the entry of sports social organizations into schools has become an important means of promoting students'all-round development,compensating for the limitations of school resources,enhancing the quality of physical education teaching and diversifying the curriculum content.This study used a literature review,expert in-terviews and a field survey.Based on Parsons'Social Action Theory,it explored the current situation and challenges of sports social organization entering schools and proposed an optimisation path.The current situation of sports social organizations entering campus is problematic in the following ways:ambigui-ty and conflict of roles lead to actor bias;value bias among multiple actors and resistance to achieving goals lead to goal bias;a gap in policies and systems,and obstacles to resource coupling lead to situational bias;asymmetry in the relationship between the government and society,and a social identity crisis lead to normative bias.Based on the four basic functions of Parsons'AGIL structural-functional model,we proposed the action path of sports social organizations on campus from the perspective of'function acquisition'of the social action system.In the environmental adaptation function,it is necessary to strengthen the sense of responsibility of diverse actors and compensate for their shortcomings.In the goal-pointing function,it is necessary to integrate the goals of each in-terested party and achieve the goal of'social organizations in schools'.In the goal-setting function,it is necessary to integrate the goals of all subjects of in-terest and lead the action with the goal.In the resource integration function,it is necessary to optimise the resource allocation system and establish a long-term participation mechanism for campus entry.In the maintenance function,it is necessary to unify society's values and create a new situation of shared con-struction.关键词
