面向"十五五"我国运动项目协会改革的现实审视与推进策略
Realistic Examination and Promotion Strategy for the Reform of Sports Associations in the Context of the 15th Five Year Plan in China
摘要
Abstract
In response to the trend of the"15th Five Year Plan"for sports development,the materialization of sports associations will inevitably become one of the main foundations and key directions for the development of China's sports and sports industry.Based on the theory of organizational change,this study used literature review,interview,comparative analysis,and logical analysis to investigate the evolution of association entity.It is found that the process of as-sociation entity can be summarized into three stages:the pilot stage in the initial stage,the transition of the"center+association"reform model,and the diver-sified collaborative governance of the"decoupling"model.While gaining experience and progress in substantive reform,we still face problems such as a lack of operational systems,unclear internal governance structures,low self generating capacity,and weak social influence.Based on these,in the context of the 15th Five Year Plan,strategies are proposed to optimize organizational structure to improve operational efficiency,enhance cross-border integration capabili-ties through network relationship collaboration,adjust strategic layout to promote collaborative development,innovate incentive mechanisms to enhance opera-tional level,and pay attention to dynamic environmental changes to enhance the adaptability of associations.关键词
