Construction and Development of Evaluation Indicator System for High-Quality Development of China's Sporting Goods Trade under the New Development Philosophy

Abstract
Under the background of accelerated evolution of global trade pattern,sporting goods trade,as an important field of opening up of sports industry,is facing the new requirements of transformation and upgrading and high-quality development.Based on the new development concept,this paper systemati-cally reviewed the theoretical connotation of the high-quality development of sporting goods trade,constructed a scientific evaluation index system,and ad-opted the entropy weight Topsis method to measure and analyze the level of high-quality development of sporting goods trade in the period of 2015-2023.The overall high-quality development level of China's sporting goods trade showed a steady improvement trend,especially in 2015-2019,the growth was fast-er,the development drive force was weakened in the later stage,and the endogenous power need to be strengthened urgently.From the perspective of the de-velopment trend of each sub-system,the foundation of the trade is steadily improving,which is manifested in the rapid expansion of the trade scale and the gradual improvement of the trade balance,but the momentum of the growth is weakened;the optimization of the trade has been significantly.The promotion of trade optimization is remarkable,the diversification and diversification development is outstanding,but still need to balance the centralization;the overall trade status is good,the value-added enhancement has made up for the decline in competitiveness,highlighting that China's sporting goods trade is trans-forming from a"quantitative"change to a"qualitative"change;the trade efficiency is remarkable.Enhancement of trade efficiency,dependence and contribu-tion to enhance,and continue to promote sporting goods in the economy and foreign trade system coupling.In order to help China's sporting goods trade to achieve high-quality leap,combined with the new development concept,put forward the macro-level system optimization and policy guidance,meso-level in-dustrial structure upgrading and regional coordination,micro-level enterprise innovation and core competitiveness enhancement,these three levels in one,form the strategies for synergistic advancement.关键词
